Description
Cottage Health seeks a Payroll Specialist for their Finance department responsible for performing all functions related to processing payroll for Cottage Health. Major accountabilities include:
Perform bi-weekly payroll cycle processing, including off-cycle on-demand checks.
Input income and deduction data for direct deposits, tax sheltered annuities, loans, etc.

Education:
Minimum: Successful completion of at least one accounting-related college course.
Preferred: Associates Degree.
Technical Requirements:
Minimum: Basic MS Excel and intermediate arithmetic skill.
Years of Related Work Experience:
Minimum: Six (6) months of experience with computerized payroll systems OR six (6) months of experience with Oracle Cloud as an end user in financial applications. Associate’s degree or higher in lieu of experience.
Preferred: Two (2) years of payroll experience using Oracle Cloud.
