We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our HR team: the role of Learning & Development Manager, reporting directly to the Deputy HR Director.
This newly created role will play a key part in shaping and driving a learning and growth culture across our organization, engaging teams at all levels — from operations to leadership — and supporting our locations throughout the country.
Responsibilities:
Defines and implements the Learning & Development (L&D) strategy within the broader HR strategy, ensuring that projects are identified, prioritized, and aligned with the organization’s short-, mid-, and long-term objectives.
Proven expertise in implementing digital tools and platforms to streamline L&D workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve organizational efficiency.
Works collaboratively with stakeholders to establish the L&D framework and design key programs based on identified needs.
Champions a culture of learning and growth across the organization by engaging with teams to continuously assess learning needs and shape relevant programs.
Designs and manages surveys and other feedback channels to collect insights, monitor progress, and report on L&D activities.
Partners closely with the direct manager, HR team, and other stakeholders to implement digital learning systems and tools.
Leads L&D projects across business areas, addressing both technical and soft skills in alignment with business priorities.
Coordinates resources from the wider HR function and other departments to ensure effective project delivery.
Oversees the design and implementation of soft skills programs, including facilitation where required.
Manages relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to assess development needs and propose tailored strategies.
Administers training budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and delivery of approved initiatives.
Prepares and manages reporting on assigned projects, including progress updates and budget utilization.
What We Are Looking For:
6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including project management, training program design, facilitation, and team coordination.
Proven expertise in implementing digital tools and platforms to streamline L&D workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve organizational efficiency.
Previous experience in another HR function is preferred but not mandatory.
Coaching accreditation is considered an advantage.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proven ability to build effective professional collaborations across diverse teams.
