WHAT WILL YOU DO
Lead the strategy, setup, and optimization of global paid search campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable ROI
Manage large-scale budgets and make data-driven decisions to maximize performance
Develop and execute advanced testing frameworks, automation strategies, and bidding models
Monitor KPIs closely, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay ahead of market trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to keep campaigns competitive
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with broader business goals
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
5+ years of hands-on experience managing global Paid Search campaigns
Proven success working with large or unlimited budgets under strict performance KPIs
Strong expertise in launching and scaling search campaigns, including new market entries
Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking solutions (pixels, tags, GTM)
Skilled in automation tools, bidding strategies, and campaign testing
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Strong communication skills in English; confident working with international stakeholders
Passion for paid search and performance marketing, with curiosity to stay ahead of industry changes
