To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate sound technical knowledge of the product, as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with the healthcare stakeholders and expand product acceptance and adoption.nResponsibilities:nnThis position is a member of the Business Development Team and will work closely with other product and mechanical team members to drive the successful adoption and expansion of our product.
nDemonstrate how the product works to our clients and overcome any objections regarding the product functionality and implementation professionally.
nResponsible for product installation and rendering onsite training to the client during implementation of using the technology and its features.
nLiaison with hospitals and healthcare networks to provide end users with pre- and post-implementation support at hospitals and other healthcare networks.nCreate and implement training manuals and current/future state workflows to train employees and hospital staff in our network to use our technology efficiently.
nAssist the Business Development & Marketing team with the clinical and technical side of sales and product material development.
nPromptly bring any issues and client feedback to our notice and strive for excellence relentlessly.

nKnowledge of medical terminology and experience in clinical settings is strongly preferred.
nThis position requires extensive domestic and international travel as necessary for implementation.
Flexibility of schedule required to meet business needs.
