In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Continuous Service team in Helsinki. In this role you will enable Customer Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to spend more time delivering customer value. You will support and deliver the internal activities that make our service delivery more efficient and scalable. You will have varied tasks between our SaaS solution and customer business. Our team is focusing on happy and growing customers, and together with the team you’ll ensure that we deliver outstanding service to our customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about service delivery in a fast-growing SaaS company. This job suits well for a newly graduated person or someone who is changing their career to IT. You’ll play a key role by owning and managing essential internal tasks and processes that were previously handled by SDMs.

What we need you to do

Own and complete assigned operational tasks that support regional SDMs in Finland- such as coordinating routine maintenances and upgrades, preparing reports, and updating internal documentation

Use internal tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI and Excel to maintain data accuracy and workflows

Collaborate with the Service Delivery Managers in ensuring that we deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, request information, or clarify task requirements

Identify opportunities to improve consistency, reduce manual work, and enhance visibility in day-to-day operations

A proactive, organised approach to your work - you like structure and are task orientated

Great communication skills in English – you are comfortable asking questions and keeping others informed

Confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service

The ability to follow processes accurately while identifying areas for improvement
