Description
This is a great opportunity that is essential for ensuring the successful execution and timely delivery of cybersecurity projects. As a Scrum Master, you will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to drive cross-functional collaboration, streamline processes, and manage project timelines. Your focus will be on ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives are executed efficiently, meeting all objectives and milestones while adapting to the dynamic nature of security threats. By aligning teams, managing risks, and fostering continuous improvement, this role plays a critical part in strengthening the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with section managers and team leads to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and progress tracking dashboards. - Coordinate with various stakeholders and developers for requirements, testing, and release - Provide guidance on deployment strategies and release pipelines - Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. - Provide Agile leadership and guidance to the team, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner. - Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress. - Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress. - Coordinate with QA to develop effective testing strategies and plans Key Skills - Project management (PMP and/or SAFe) certification - Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies - Understanding of Cybersecurity, various tooling/technology, specific ServiceNow experience a plus - Knowledge/understanding of Application/software development life cycle (SDLC), ITSM/ITIL processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.
