As a Postproduction Sr. Analyst, you'll provide creative video work in support of business goals. You will be a member of a multidisciplinary creative studio team—including experts in video, photo, animation and illustration— working with other industry professionals to create effective video marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skillset in motion graphic animation and editorial, with the ability to assist and finish equally in both.
-For motion graphics, we are looking for someone with a strong handle on 2D animation, working with an established brand to build and replicate motion design from approved storyboards with efficient project builds that can be utilized and shared, while learning from other team members.
-For video editorial, we are looking for someone who can build stories from interviews, b-roll and graphics, working decisively and quickly to create edits that are short, potent and solve the business challenge.
In addition to core industry skill set, you will work with designers and producers to help shape projects creatively. You will contribute to cross-functional brainstorm and critique sessions on projects in different stages of completion. You may assist in studio projects, such as pre-lights, audio recordings, wrap outs, or design sessions. You will assist with process improvement, quality control, and overall team support as needed.
Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:
3-5+ years professional experience in postproduction, specifically story/visual editing, music and motion design. Portfolios or work samples must be provided with application for consideration.
Adobe Creative Suite: Professional experience working in Premiere, After Effects, working with Illustrator/Photoshop files, audio EQ and basic color correction. We will need a working professional, more than consumer-level knowledge.
Excellent time management and time budgeting skills, ability to be flexible/adaptable is work evolves
High level communication skills and transparency – ability to work fluidly with teams of various sizes and areas of expertise.
Ability to receive and activate critique, aligning with brand, industry and creative considerations.
Experience or ability to work in project management software – checking in project work, communicating updates, and tracking timesheets.
Experience managing media, setting up professional/shareable project files, seeking efficiency and repeatable processes.
Ability to follow industry legal guidelines and licensing for ADA, SAG, including for voiceover, music and on-screen talent/stock, as well as developing efficiencies with AI/automation within legal and brand standard.
This hybrid position is based in Columbus, OH. Candidates will collaborate in office 2 days per week.

Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in art, visual design, communications, journalism, advertising or related creative services field preferred
Experience: Typically 3 or more years demonstrated experience in copywriting, visual design, video production, motion graphics or photography developing work from concept through completion.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Specializes in one creative field (copywriting, visual design, photography, video production or motion graphics) with the required technical skills. Proven ability to problem solve at any stage throughout the creative process and efficiently adapt to changes. Skilled at time management and attention to detail. Understands integrated marketing principles, including digital, storytelling and content creation. Possesses empathy, emotional intelligence, collaboration skills and is able to work in team environment. Solid visual, verbal and written communication skills; experience delivering creative ideas.
