POSITION SUIMMARY:
The EMT Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in the repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. The role supports experienced technicians and supervisors while gaining practical experience and knowledge in a safety-conscious, quality-driven work environment. This position serves as the foundation for advancement within the electromechanical technician career path.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strictly comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Follow established quality assurance (QA) standards during repair and inspection tasks.
Assist with the repair and servicing of customer equipment under supervision.
Accurately document equipment failures and repair observations.
Participate in ongoing training and performance development programs.
Operate specialized repair and testing equipment after proper instruction and under supervision.
Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.
