Qualifications and Responsibilitites
JOB SUMMARY
The Website Marketing & SEO Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing our primary website to deliver exceptional user experience, engaging content, and strong performance across acquisition and conversion goals. This role balances website content strategy, UX/UI enhancements, SEO best practices, and Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to ensure the site is both visually compelling and highly discoverable. The manager will collaborate across teams to align the website with marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and business objectives, while driving continuous improvement through data-driven and customer-driven insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in website marketing and SEO management
Proven experience developing and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and content optimization
Familiarity with SEM and paid search campaigns a plus
Experience with content strategy and website editing for marketing and UX purposes
Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
Experience incorporating Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights (user surveys, feedback tools, usability testing, heatmaps, etc.) into website strategy and optimization decisions
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, including wireframing, site navigation, and responsive design
Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.)
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user behavior analysis
Strong project management and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the overall website strategy, balancing content, UX/UI, and SEO to maximize performance
Manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with campaigns and initiatives
Collaborate with creative and content teams to enhance messaging, storytelling, and design elements across the website
Partner with developers and design teams to improve navigation, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and overall UX/UI
Develop and execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and content optimization) to drive organic visibility and growth
Optimize landing pages that support campaign and lead-generation goals
Collect and analyze VOC feedback (surveys, usability testing, session recordings, etc.) to identify opportunities for improved user experience and content relevance
Integrate VOC insights with analytics data to guide site enhancements, SEO strategy, and CRO initiatives
Conduct regular website performance audits (content quality, usability, SEO health) and recommend improvements
Use analytics and user behavior data to inform website enhancements, CRO, and personalization opportunities
Stay current on digital, design, and SEO trends to continually improve website experience and performance
Provide reporting and insights on website traffic, engagement, and conversions to marketing leadership
