Our client, a growing Non-Profit Organization (NPO) in Calgary, is looking to add a fulltime Director of People & Culture to their team.
The Director of P&C will be responsible for all aspects of the human resources requirements for the organization, including Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Performance Management, HR Policies, Compliance, and Culture. This role will also supervise one direct report.
The successful candidate will have minimum 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years at a Management level. Experience in a midsized enterprise and/or Non-Profit organization would be a definite asset, and CPHR would be highly preferred.
