We are looking for a Test Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality solutions by designing, executing, and managing testing activities. The role will focus on test planning, test case creation, and design scenarios to ensure robust validation of business and technical requirements. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and systems integrations is highly desirable
Responsibilities
Test Preparation & Planning
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test strategies, test creation, and schedules
Analyse business and technical requirements to define appropriate test coverage.
Test Design & Execution
Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.
Execute tests across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance phases.
Record and verify test results, ensuring traceability to requirements.
Defect & Issue Management
Log, track, and retest defects in line with agreed processes.
Work closely with functional consultants, and business users to ensure timely resolution.
Collaboration & Reporting
Provide clear and concise reporting on test progress, issues, and risks.
Support business users during UAT, ensuring effective communication and issue triage.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar testing role.
Strong background in test planning, test case creation, and test scenario design.
Experience in system integration testing, including end-to-end process validation.
Hands-on testing experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Goal and Talent Management, Payroll, and integrations).
Familiarity with test management tools and ability to manage via Excel or Jira
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
Methodical and detail-oriented in approach.

Team player, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
