Working here feels pretty unique, and our Customer Service Assistants are a vital ingredient in the guest experience. That’s why we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused and radiate passion and enthusiasm.
You’ll have the chance to get involved in a variety of areas, including:
Admissions – processing tickets, handling guest queries, and upselling extras to enhance their day
Retail & Coffee Shop – serving guests, topping up shelves, brewing tasty treats, sharing product knowledge, and making sure our shops are always bursting with LEGOtastic fun!
This is a seasonal, fixed-term position. Shifts will include weekend work with the opportunity to flex up during school holidays. A minimum of 5 guaranteed hours per week is offered, and all seasonal roles are on a flexible basis as availability of work may vary.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience in retail, hospitality or other customer-facing role
Friendly and hardworking with a “can do” attitude
Excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with guests of all ages
