Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure)

Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)

Generous Performance Bonus: Substantial earnings potential through collections-based incentives once threshold is met

Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Qualifications

Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion

Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina

Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
