Pay Rate: $2,000/8-Hour Clinic Day; $275/Call Back; $2,000/24-Hour call to include 4 hours

Start Date: ASAP; Ongoing Need

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a - 5p, and 1:3 call(nights and weekends)

Setting: Clinic, hospital, and call

EMR: Cerner

Credentialing: 30 to 90 days
