Mobility MU Operations Support
About Role:
Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.
Responsible for supporting and enabling critical Mobility processes by executing key operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of Mobility operations by managing reporting, insights, and operational controls while collaborating closely with the DL MU Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute essential operational tasks within the Case Management domain that are not covered by Immigration or Tax SMEs.
Oversee reporting and insights for the market unit, ensuring effective operational control and streamlined processes.
Support a broad range of Mobility processes, including but not limited to:
Cross Border Agreements
Batch process management for Travel Start/End Dates and Closure
Traveler registration and de-registration
Power of Attorney processing
Stealth support
Billing support (DL dependent)
Operational controls and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders to address process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Provide support in escalations and issue resolution related to Mobility operations
Assist in the development and implementation of process automation initiatives
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Mobility-related reports and documentation
Conduct periodic audits to identify areas for process enhancement
Must have
Strong attention to detail and basic analytical ability.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures effectively.
Advanced English level.
Eagerness to develop operational and process skills.
