SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team as a distribution coordinator to the manage, plan and organize the logistics activities and tasks to achieve the overall objectives related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, service, and quality.
This position is located in Algiers and reports to the Wearhouse supervisor .
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement efficient delivery routes and manage shipments from production to end-users using tracking systems (e.g., barcodes, software).
Coordinate the proper storage and movement of inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods with warehouse teams.
Follow procedures in line with local laws, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, JOS, and Jotun’s HSEQ.
Track transportation expenses, performance indicators, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
Organize and file shipping documents; keep accurate records of vehicle usage, schedules, and delivery history.
Train staff on equipment handling and hazardous materials to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience suitable in production.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic Language.
