Experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher

Commercial Express HVAC in Sterling, VA is hiring an Experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing Service Department! Youll be the key link between our customers and technicianscoordinating service calls, managing schedules, and ensuring top-quality service every time. What Youll Do

Dispatch and prioritize service calls to technicians

Communicate clearly with customers about appointments and updates

Create accurate work orders and track job progress

Support technicians in the field and resolve scheduling issues

What Were Looking For

3+ years of HVAC dispatching or service coordination experience

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; dispatching software experience preferred

Punctual, reliable, and committed to team success
