Technical Expertise

8+ years of software architecture experience with 3+ years in fintech or financial services

Proven experience in mobile app architecture (iOS, Android, cross-platform solutions) with strong Kotlin expertise

Strong background in web application architecture (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, .NET, Java, Kotlin)

Expertise in API design and microservices architecture (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, time-series databases)

Fintech Domain Knowledge

Deep understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, and financial transaction flows

Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking standards, and financial data aggregation

Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi technologies (preferred)

Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services

Familiarity with financial data standards (ISO 20022, FIX protocol)

Leadership & Communication

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams

Excellent communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with real-time trading platforms or investment management systems

Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in fintech

Experience with regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions

Background in cybersecurity and risk management

Experience with digital identity and fraud detection systems

Previous experience in startups or high-growth technology companies
