Role: Windchill Support
Required Technical Skill Set: Windchill, Ticketing portal, CAD tools
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Location: Pan India
Key responsibilities:
• Plan / Support First Level Support activities in Competence Centres
• Support the Computer aided applications and process in cooperation with internal groups and service providers / suppliers.
• Full ownership of Customer support on Engineering Services activities.
• Preparation and implementation of methods / procedures for effective use of the Engineering Services applications
• Day to day liaison with service providers on operational issues
• Technical & administration support to the team of designer in CAD (Creo) / Arbortext / Iso-draw and PLM (Windchill PDMLink 11 and above)
• Knowledge of Arbortext editor & Iso-draw
Knowledge & Experience:
• 3D software like Creo / Catia
• Arbortext / ISO draw etc
• Windchill PLM
• Knowledge in SAP adds value
• Basic database knowledge
