Major Responsibilities
Drive milk sales volume and revenue as per annual business plan.
Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territory
Ensure numeric & weighted distribution targets are met
Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partners
Role expectations
8–10 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales. Must have min exp., in Dairy industry
Strong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activities
Ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders
