Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead the admissions strategy and process for the school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, developing and implementing outreach initiatives, and ensuring a seamless admission experience for prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute annual admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.

Manage the complete admissions process, from initial inquiry to student onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and external stakeholders.

Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, and other promotional events.

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine admission strategies.

Prepare regular reports and updates for the management.

Ensure adherence to school policies, values, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferably Master’s degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in school admissions, preferably in leading residential, international schools, colleges / Universities.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.

Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.

Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and modern outreach strategies.
