Archiving Support Specialist
Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Schedule: 3 days on-site & 2 days remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented Archiving Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain the integrity and security of critical study documentation while supporting day-to-day archive operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the lead archivist with processing and organizing a large volume of incoming files.
Manage the chain of custody to ensure the integrity and traceability of all study documentation.
Process and transfer incoming documents into the archive and prepare/manage off-site storage when required.
Escort and log all visitors to the archive to ensure secure access.
Support client requests and overall document management; perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on records or document management experience (archiving, filing, or document control).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, logging, and reporting.
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Records Management training or certification.
Familiarity with digital imaging/electronic media and related software.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry and/or knowledge of GLP/GCP/GMP compliance.
