Experience Required: 2+ years in customer handling (On phone & WhatsApp)

Education: B.Com / BBM or Diploma (or equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers—understanding their requirements, recommending the right products, ensuring smooth order placement, and providing excellent post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls and WhatsApp queries in a professional and timely manner.

Explain product details, features, and benefits clearly to customers.

Manage customer orders, complaints, and return requests through internal software systems.

Issue invoices, order confirmations, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales) for smooth order processing.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.

Stay updated about product features and be open to continuous learning & training.

Skills & Competencies

2 years of experience in customer handling (phone & WhatsApp preferred).

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; additional regional languages are a plus).

Ability to explain products in detail and handle objections politely.

Good computer knowledge – MS Office, Email, Browsers, CRM/ERP software.

Problem-solving mindset, with patience and empathy towards customers.

Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple queries simultaneously.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Management (BBM Marketing) or equivalent.

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or e-commerce support is preferred
