Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.

* Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities: * Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces throughout the plant.

* Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene and prevent the spread of germs.

* Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines.

* Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory levels are low or equipment requires repair.

* Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.

* Collaborate with other facility staff to support special cleaning projects or respond to urgent cleaning needs.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required during cleaning operations.
