Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst who will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and implementation support

within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout product implementation.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.

• Conduct gap analysis between client needs and existing product capabilities.

• Participate in solution design, data mapping, and configuration activities.

• Support product configuration, setup, and validation in client environments.

• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

• Prepare and maintain supporting artifacts, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination, and issue resolution.

• Provide subject matter expertise on product functionality and capabilities.

• Facilitate client-facing activities such as workshops, requirement-gathe ing sessions, and product demonstrations.

• Support the project manager in tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting status updates.

• Provide post-implementation support during the stabilization/hypercare phase.

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related

field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical/IT-driven projects

(candidates with up to 10–15 years of experience will also be considered).

• Proven expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and technical documentation.

• Strong understanding of system integration, data mapping, and configuration.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical

stakeholders.

• Experience working in regulated industries (Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare,

etc.) is highly desirable.
