Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.
Review information for accuracy and correct errors where necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and company-related information.
Generate basic reports from collected data when required.
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
Meet daily or weekly data entry quotas and deadlines.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred but not required.
Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) with high accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
