Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities
Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
Document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders.
Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
Provide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions
Job Qualifications:
Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
Project and/or program management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development a big plus
Any prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives is a big plus
Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus.
Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plus
The annual salary range for California is $88,200 to $163,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
