Those in operations and strategy at PwC will track, manage, and report on strategic initiatives and projects. In this role, you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities, representing their point of view in meetings and decisions, and anticipating their future needs. Additionally, you will organise leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, promote consistent execution across sectors, and collaborate across lines of service for knowledge sharing and promoting technology/tools for sales and delivery.

Minimum Degree Required
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience
More than 1 years in relevant experience
Required Knowledge/Skills
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Excel
Knowledge about Agile Methodologies
Knowledge about Azure or Jira
Intermediate Level of MS Office and Spreadsheets
Knowledge about SQL or Power Automate (Nice to Have)
Role & Responsibilities
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Understanding the needs, goals, and challenges of the business.
Ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Requirements Gathering and Validation: Documenting and validating both functional and non-functional requirements, and translating business concepts into clear technical specifications.
Gap Analysis and Feasibility Studies.
Development and Testing Support.
Project Monitoring.
