SEN Learning Support Assistant – Primary & Secondary

Location: Brighton and surrounding areas

Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible days)

Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day

Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We are currently recruiting for SEN Learning Support to assist pupils in primary and secondary schools across Brighton and nearby areas. This is a fulfilling opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting children with additional needs in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support to pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing

Helping children stay focused, engaged, and confident throughout the school day

Assisting teachers with classroom activities and routines

Promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning

Working flexibly across different schools and age groups

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)

A calm, patient, and supportive approach

Confidence to adapt to different school environments

A genuine interest in helping children reach their full potential

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
