ROLE PURPOSE
MERA Patient & Healthcare Experience (PHE) Lead is a strategic role responsible for defining and improving the sales and marketing execution standards across. MERA PHE Lead will work closely with the 5 sub-clusters in MERA to understand the needs from a bottom-up way and work with his/her team and EM to deliver on these needs in an integrated way. Some of the areas of focus are:

MERA PHE Lead is a key thought partner to MERA LT, in driving the innovative growth agenda.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Structure and drive the adoption of the framework to operate Marketing and CFC SMEs Communities of Practice across MERA and incentivize a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing and excellence.
Partner with CMO and L&D to drive the adoption of the integrated marketing capabilities and CFC effectiveness excellence across MERA.
Drive excellence on the Biopharma integrated marketing adoption across local marketers in how they are evaluating customer insights, defining patient journeys, building the omnichannel customer engagement and content management.
Drive the adoption of International Sales Standards across MERA to have a more effective and competitive CFC Team.
Drive the adoption of Biopharma Launch Excellence Standards across MERA in order to launch better, faster, and more efficiently and increase impact on patients’ lives.
Lead the assessment and prioritization of MERA portfolio across TAs and align with Countries Leadership and MERA LT on the optimal resources allocation and products withdrawal from the MERA portfolio. Lead the pipeline prioritization process across TAs, and partner with cross-functional SMEs (EMCD/PML, Medical, Regulatory, PGS, Finance, GAV, Corp Affairs) to identify and implement acceleration levers for prioritized launches.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of commercial experience across pharma and other industries.
Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies.
Successful track record of creating and executing business strategies with accountability for business outcomes, new products launches and asset lifecycle management.
Strong analytical prowess to conduct root cause analyses to diagnoses and prioritize the right problem/solution (i.e., solve the cause, not the symptom)
Demonstrated success on setting/evolving Go to Market/Business Model, strategic initiatives with risks assessed and a mitigation plan developed.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
