Flex Schedules: 8 or 10 hour shifts
Clinics are outpatient and provide services to rural areas with the underserved population.
Responsible for providing medical care to women relating to pregnancy or childbirth; responsible for treating, testing, diagnosing and monitoring diseases and provide general care to women.Job Duties
Provide care and treatment to women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.
Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases, disorders, and conditions.
Prescribe appropriate medications to treat patients in accordance with standardized procedures and company policy.
Perform pap smears, pelvic and breast exams.
Conduct mood and emotional well-being assessments during post-partum appointment.
Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel.
Effectively monitor patients progress throughout treatment plan and care and provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes.
Educate patients on importance of treatment plans and communicate side effects and risk of medications prescribed.
Educate patients on disease prevention and reproductive health.
Demonstrate effective and detailed written documentation skills.
Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow up throughout
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication with patients.
Able to multitask and manage assigned projects and tasks as directed.Compensation and Benefits
