The role involves full-time clinical practice, neuro critical care, telemedicine coverage, teaching residents, and participating in research and collaborative conferences. Operating within LifeBridge Health’s Sandra and Malcolm Berman Brain & Spine Institute, Sinai Hospital was the first hospital in Maryland to receive the Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center Certification. Sinai Hospital is certified by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and has a 36-bed unit offering an interdisciplinary team approach to patient care.

We are seeking a Stroke Neurologist/Neuro Hospitalist to join our growing center of excellence.

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Successful completion of Neurology residency with a fellowship in stroke

BE/BC in Neurology

Ability to successfully obtain Maryland medical license without restrictions

Current DEA license

Excellent communication skills and must work well in a team environment

Seeking a highly engaged physician to join our Stroke Neurologist Team

Employed, full-time position based at Sinai Hospital with coverage at Northwest Hospital and Tele Neuro coverage for other locations

The Brain & Spine Institute has 15 Neurologists and the Stroke Neurologist team has 5 physicians and over 25 APP’s

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $300-350K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience. There is opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives as well.
