Assignment Details

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing

Type of Need: Locums (Locums-to-Perm & Perm considered)

Reason for Opening: Vacancy due to FTE increase & recent resignation

Credentialing: Temp privileges available for clean files

Orientation: Full-day (M F) prior to first shift

Shift Structure Eau Claire, WI.

3 Physicians + 1 APC daily

Shifts: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM 6:30 PM 6:30 AM 11:00 AM 11:00 PM

APC: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

Rice Lake, WI.

2 Physicians + 1 APC daily

Shifts: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM 6:00 PM 6:30 AM

APC: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified: ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM

Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA required)

Active WI license (or willing to apply)

Minimum 1 year of EM experience

Urgent Care experience considered if not ABEM

No pending malpractice claims

Compensation

Pay: $300/HR

Travel & Lodging: Covered

Cross-Credentialing: Available

EMR: EPIC

Trauma Designation: None

Clean file required for temp privileges
