156 bed hospital in a small yet growing community

12-hour physician coverage in house (7a-7p)

12-hour NPPA coverage in house (7a-7p)

12-hour telemedicine coverage from 7p-7a allowing our hospitalists quality of life

7-on/7-off block schedule

No procedures and HM physicians do not respond to codes

Manageable daily patient census offering low-stress and quality practice

Nursing staff and hospital administration that fosters a culture of patient and clinician engagement

Full-time physicians are employed with benefits
