Pulmonologist Opportunity Outpatient Practice Macon, GA

We are seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Macon, GA. This is a full-time position with a strong compensation model, excellent benefits, and no call or weekend requirements.Position Highlights

Outpatient-focused pulmonary medicine with some inpatient consults & procedures

Average 20 patient visits/day (additional compensation for visits beyond 20/day)

Supervise advanced practice providers & collaborate with primary care teams

No nights, weekends, or call responsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits

Competitive base compensation with earning potential up to $350,000 annually

$35/visit bonus for patient visits above daily average

5% share of personally ordered ancillary services

5% share of supervised mid-level collections

3% 401(k) match (3-year cliff)

3 weeks PTO + 9 federal holidays

M.D. or D.O. with Pulmonology credential

Board Certified in Pulmonology (Sleep Medicine preferred)

Active state license (or ability to obtain via IMLC)

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Outpatient practice with inpatient consults (no call, no weekends)

Patient volume: 20 visits/day
