OBGYN Physician Locums Job in California 24-Hour Call For 7-10 Days Per Month Immediate and Ongoing Coverage Assignment

Coverage Needed:

Immediate and ongoing

7-10 days per month

Shift Description:

24-hour call (beeper)

Requirements:

Must be licensed in California

Board certified

DEA and NRP certification

Must be able to perform C-section procedures

Assignment Details:

Cover OB call for hospital

Deliver for patients referred from the clinic and/or walk-ins

Average deliveries per month: 1-2

Outpatient daily census is 2-6

Usually managed via phone

Occasionally 1-2 OB patients per month need transfer to HLOC

Provider will need to assess and speak with transfer center
