Location: Remote (Mainz) – Hours: 20 hours/week – Start: immediately

Are you communicative, curious, and eager to gain your first insights into Sales/Customer Operations?

Then become part of our team and support us as a working student (m/f/d) in Sales/Customer Operations!

Together, we work on identifying and qualifying new customer contacts, giving you the opportunity to actively help shape our sales processes.

Your tasks:

Supporting the Sales and Customer Operations team in day-to-day activities

Maintaining and updating customer data in our CRM system

Assisting in the preparation of offers, contracts, and presentations

Communicating with customers via email and phone

Supporting the analysis of sales metrics and preparing reports

Contributing to the optimization of internal processes

Your profile:

Ongoing studies in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Enjoys communication, has a good sense of customer needs, and presents professionally

Structured and careful working style with a high level of reliability

Interest in sales topics; initial experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus

Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Confident in MS Office; ideally, some experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
