Logistics Operations & Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations Management: Optimize logistics processes, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping schedules

Sales & Business Development: Manage existing accounts and implement strategies for acquiring new clients

Customer Support & Consultation: Identify clients' logistics needs and propose tailored solutions

Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze industry trends and prepare internal reports

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred in a related field)

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics operations or sales

Additional Requirements:

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software

Fluency in English and Korean preferred (ability to communicate effectively between the U.S. and Korea)
