Are you a skilled HVAC professional who thrives in both technical service and customer sales? Copperhead LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused HVAC Technician who can sell, service, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate on-site quotes and close sales confidently

Diagnoses, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)

Educate customers on system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements

Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups

Maintain detailed records using our digital service platform

Deliver 5-star service with professionalism and integrity

Installs new HVAC units in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

Installs ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.

Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.

Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVAC units.

Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.

Maintains inventory of replacement parts and orders replacements.

Complies with company and industry safety standards.

Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

3+ years of HVAC service experience (EPA Certification required)

Outside Sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven sales ability or interest in growing into a sales/service hybrid role

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.

Ability to use power and hand tools.

Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC system.

Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.

Ability to follow instructions.

Excellent mechanical skills.

Physical Requirements:

Physically able to work on HVAC units.

Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.

Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
