Position Overview Aveanna is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Director of Operations (RN) to lead and oversee the performance of multiple locations within a designated region.

This role is pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance, and delivering exceptional care and customer satisfaction.

This role will require up to 80% travel for 6 assigned locations in Northern Minnesota.

Provide strategic direction and actionable feedback to Executive Directors and location teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Support the development and execution of location budgets and annual business plans.

Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies and ensure effective service delivery.

Contribute to building and retaining a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Ensure all programs, policies, and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
