General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality venue in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience while driving team performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.

Recruit, hire, train, and manage a diverse team across both front and back of house.

Cultivate a positive, high-energy workplace culture that aligns with company values.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage financial performance including labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet or exceed targets.

Drive guest satisfaction through engagement, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Execute marketing and community initiatives to grow brand presence and local engagement.

Work collaboratively with regional and executive leadership on strategic goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop strong teams.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of key operational metrics.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
