The opportunity
The KSA Immigration Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the EY immigration processes within the KSA cluster. This position requires a strong focus on team management, operational efficiency, and the development, maintenance and evolution of robust relationships with government entities and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective leadership skills, ensuring that the immigration processes align with EY's strategic objectives and comply with local regulations.
Your key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and immigration agencies.
Remain aware of changes in immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide appropriate guidance to stakeholders.
Oversee the immigration processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions of applications and documentation.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze immigration metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of immigration professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Arabic speaking and strong English languages skills
Strong leadership, teaming and management skills
Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
Ability to constantly prioritise and re-prioritise in a very fast paced environment
Strength of character to enable compliance and protect the firm’s interests and minimise risk
Planning and proactively managing the workload across the cluster; urgent work to be prioritised, deadlines are met and work is technically accurate, clear, concise and error free
Collaborate with other Talent Leaders to enable delivery across the employee lifecycle
To qualify for the role you must have
At least 5-7 years of previous experience in a similar Immigration / Government relations leadership role
Strong technical knowledge of the Immigrations landscape in KSA
Proven track record of managing complex immigration cases and providing strategic advice.
KSA Labour law understanding and awareness
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Confidentiality and Integrity, as this role requires dealing with employees’ personal documentation and upholding EY’s values, brand and reputation
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
