Our client in the Telecom industry is seeking a Pricing Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for pricing strategy across their product portfolio. You will lead the development of complex pricing models, conduct profitability analyses, evaluate market dynamics, and provide strategic pricing guidance to support revenue growth and margin optimization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the creation, evaluation, and refinement of pricing models across all products and customer segments.

Provide strategic pricing recommendations to leadership based on cost analysis, customer demand, and competitive intelligence.

Support Sales with custom pricing requests and complex deal structures.

Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on revenue and margins; monitor KPIs and create dashboards for ongoing reporting.

Work with engineering and operations to understand cost structures and capacity impacts on pricing.

Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop pricing frameworks for new service offerings and product bundles.

Maintain and continuously improve pricing tools, processes, and documentation.

Lead pricing input for large RFPs, RFQs, and contract renewals.

Track and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory impacts on pricing strategy.

Collaborate with legal & finance teams on contract pricing terms and deal approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of relevant experience required

Telecommunications industry experience required

Proven experience with margin analysis, cost modeling, and supporting sales in deal structuring.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and communication skills.
