Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and driven Residential Roofing & Solar Sales Representatives to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a life-changing career opportunity for candidates who are ambitious, competitive, and ready to take advantage of one of the hottest markets in the country.

This role combines insurance restoration sales (storm damage roofing claims) with residential solar sales—giving you multiple ways to generate income while delivering real solutions to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Roofing Sales

Inspect residential properties for storm damage (hail, wind, etc.).

Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and advocate on their behalf.

Work with adjusters to ensure fair coverage and maximum approvals.

Present professional proposals and secure signed agreements for roofing projects.

Residential Solar Sales

Educate homeowners on solar savings, tax credits, and energy independence.

Deliver tailored proposals showing monthly bill reduction and long-term benefits.

Cross-sell solar with roofing projects for maximum homeowner value.

General Sales & Client Management

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.

Build relationships in your community—networking, canvassing, and referrals.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity.

Work with operations and install teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

Sales experience in roofing, solar, insurance restoration, or home improvement is preferred—but not required.
