Located an hour south of Oklahoma City, this position is part of a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that emphasizes comprehensive, excellent care and service to its community. Professional:

100% Outpatient No Nights, No Weekends, No Call

Potential for 1 2 days of Telehealth per week

Average 15 patients per day

Majority of patients are med management

Common cases include: Depression, Anxiety, Social Disorders, Alzheimers, PTSD, ADHD

4 day work week with 4 hours administrative time

Option for a 4-day work week

Full Support Staff including LCSW, LADC, LMFT,

EMR is eclinical works

Compensation and Benefits

$330K Base Salary + Productivity Bonus

6 weeks TOTAL PTO; $3,000 CME allowance

$50K Sign on, $8K Relocation

457b and 401a retirement options available

Qualifies for NHSC Loan Repayment
