Position Overview

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be a critical partner to company leadership, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and organized execution of key priorities. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about The Dome Mobile’s mission of strengthening Jewish families through technology, safety, and content.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.

Handle confidential communications, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare presentations, investor decks, board materials, and reports.

Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and strategic priorities.

Project & Operational Support

Support CEO in fundraising, investor relations, and community partnerships.

Assist with strategic initiatives, research, and special projects across departments.

Help coordinate content initiatives, subscriber engagement, and partnership events.

Ensure organizational systems and workflows run smoothly as the company scales.

Communication & Relationship Management

Act as liaison between the CEO, internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders.

Support outreach to Jewish leaders, influencers, and community organizations.

Draft, edit, and distribute high-level communications and proposals.

Qualifications

Required:

3–5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.

Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred:

Experience in startups, mobile/telecom, media, or nonprofit/mission-driven organizations.

Familiarity with Jewish community networks and culture.

Prior exposure to fundraising, board management, or investor relations.
