The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus more on direct patient care. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, In-Office Work Setup

Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City

Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in real-time.

Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation.

Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication.

Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

Medical Allied Graduate

Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy

Excellent typing speed (at least 60 WPM) and computer literacy

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred:

Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting

Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)

Pre-medical or healthcare-related coursework or background

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

Monthly salary of maximum 30,000PHP - 45,000PHP (depending on experience)

Monthly Pro-rated Attendance Bonus - 2,000PHP

Monthly Pro-rated Risk Allowance - 2,000PHP

New Hire Bonus - 15,000PHP
