Post Doctoral Researcher
We are seeking a Post Doctoral Researcher to engage in specialized research training under the guidance of a scientific mentor within the Division of Rheumatology, Department of Internal Medicine. The successful candidate will:
Plan, design, and execute complex experiments related to autoimmunity.
Collect and analyze data for research sponsored by relevant agencies and institutions.
Identify research problems and develop new experimental techniques and protocols.
Attend research seminars and contribute to manuscript preparation and technical writing.
Participate in preparing grant applications for extramural funding.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Biological Sciences.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- The candidate may be required to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
