CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
Board Requirements: BC/BE in General Surgery
DEA & Certifications: DEA, CSR required
Credentialing Timeline: 90120 days

Required Skills & Qualifications
Board Status: BC/BE in General Surgery
State License Required: Eligibility for Indiana medical license
Certifications: DEA, CSR
Experience: Previous general surgery experience preferred
Additional Requirements: EPIC proficiency, collaborative practice approach
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general surgical procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings
Participate in call rotation (1 in 5)
Provide consultative services and follow-up care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
