Overview

To keep up with the growing market demand, Vertosoft is seeking a hard-working, business-minded, personable team player to lead our Government Inside Sales team as an Inside Sales Manager. At Vertosoft, our Inside Sales Manager are focused on leading and mentoring our Inside Sales team as they support our technology partners through a combination of sales campaigns, lead generation, and business development activities to Government prospects. You will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales teams campaign execution and performance, helping to develop go-to-market strategies, and building customer relationships in conjunction with our technology partners.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage all SDR sales activities in conjunction with technology partners through sales campaigns, lead generation, and business development activities to Government Prospects.

Report on qualified inbound and outbound leads.

Coordinate all Inside Sales and marketing activities to promote technology vendor products.

Create and maintain strong customer relationships in coordination with the Vertosoft Sales team and technology partners.

Train and mentor Inside Sales team on creation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in business or relevant subject

Experience with federal and software sales

Enthusiastic and self-starter approach

Proven track record of responsibility and dependability

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
